Who needs luggage storage when you can carry your suitcase all the way up those charming 100 stairs? And thank goodness for an airport that's not even in the same city!

I just love it when the breakfast options are as limited as my patience with the lady who cooks it.

We loved staying at Thistle Lodge in Shimla as young travelers. The property was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh. The location was perfect, being in the town center and yet very quiet. The highlight was experiencing the Diwali holiday with our host and her family, who made us feel at home. Namita's traditional Indian breakfast was delicious and we appreciated her care and advice. a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations.

Felt relaxed, had nothing to complain about.

our recent golf trip to shimla was made even better by our stay at thistle lodge. it exceeded our expectations with its comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, and delicious traditional breakfast. the atmosphere during diwali was an added bonus that made us feel truly immersed in the festivities.

Wifi signal was weak.

I had a fantastic stay at the Thistle Lodge in Shimla. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the mall road and other attractions. The rooms were clean, cozy, and filled with natural sunlight. The host, Namita, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. She even helped arrange a tour to a nearby mountain with snow, which was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again.

We had a fantastic stay at Thistle Lodge, Shimla. The 2-bed apartment felt like a home away from home, with stunning views and easy access to the Mall and Cart Road. The property was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh. Namita, our warm and helpful host, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She provided delicious breakfasts, recommended restaurants, arranged drivers, and even supported me during a work Skype call. We'll definitely be returning!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
